About Us
Hi, I’m Bibek Poudel, a Civil Engineer and Project Administrator currently working on major water supply projects in Canberra, Australia.
My journey hasn’t been easy. After completing my Master of Civil Engineering at the University of Wollongong, I spent nearly three years struggling to break into the industry. Despite having the qualifications, I faced the same roadblocks many international graduates and early-career engineers encounter—uncertainty, lack of local experience, and confusion around where to start.
Those challenges shaped me into who I am today.
Through consistent effort, self-learning, and persistence, I built a rewarding career in steel detailing, project coordination, and now water infrastructure project delivery. Along the way, I realized that many capable individuals face similar obstacles—not due to a lack of potential, but due to a lack of guidance.
That’s why I created this program.
My goal is to help engineering students, recent graduates, and career switchers build real-world skills, understand industry expectations, and navigate the path from education to employment confidently. The program includes everything I’ve learned—from AutoCAD basics and documentation standards to project scheduling, site coordination, procurement, and stakeholder communication.
This is more than training—this is mentorship built on lived experience.
Let’s close the gap between where you are and where you want to be—together.
